Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy: Digitl will strive to deliver services that meet or exceed the client's (referred to as the "Client") expectations. However, if the Client is unsatisfied with the services provided, the refund policy is as follows: The Client must notify the Provider in writing within a specified period (e.g., 7 days) from the completion or delivery of the services, detailing the reasons for their dissatisfaction. c) The Provider will review the complaint and, at their sole discretion, determine whether a refund is warranted. If a refund is approved, the Provider will refund the agreed-upon fees for the specific service(s) deemed unsatisfactory. d) The refund may be partial or full, depending on the circumstances and the extent of the dissatisfaction. Any costs incurred by the Provider in delivering the services, such as third-party expenses or administrative fees, may be deducted from the refund amount. e) Refunds will typically be processed within a reasonable timeframe, as determined by the Provider, using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Cancellation Policy: a) Either party has the right to cancel the digital marketing services by providing written notice to the other party. The cancellation policy is as follows: b) If the Client wishes to cancel the services before their completion, they must provide written notice to the Provider, clearly stating the reasons for cancellation. c) The Provider reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee to compensate for any work already performed or costs incurred prior to the cancellation. d) The cancellation fee, if applicable, will be determined by the Provider based on the services rendered and the stage of completion at the time of cancellation. e) Any outstanding fees owed up to the cancellation date must be paid by the Client, regardless of the cancellation. Modification of Refund and Cancellation Policy: a) The Provider reserves the right to modify the refund and cancellation policy at any time, upon providing written notice to the Client. b) Any modifications to the policy will only apply to services contracted after the effective date of the policy change. Services contracted before the effective date will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of contract. It's important for both the Client and Provider to review and understand the refund and cancellation policy before entering into a digital marketing service agreement. This policy provides clarity on the procedures and expectations regarding refunds and cancellations, protecting the interests of both parties involved.
